Acer Unveiled new Acer Swift 3 OLED with 12th Gen Intel H series processors
Acer has introduced the new Acer Swift 3 OLED with the latest 12th Gen Intel Alder Lake processors, a 2.8K 90Hz OLED display, two Thunderbolt 4 ports, and Wi-Fi 6E. The Swift 3 will launch in July with starting price of $899.99.
Acer has launched the new Acer Swift 3 with a new model number SF314-71. The new Swift 3 is made of an aluminum metal chassis with an OceanGlassâ„¢ trackpad and weighs just 3.08 lbs and is as thin as 17.9 mm. According to Acer, the laptop has an OLED with a 16:10 aspect ratio, 90Hz, 2.8K (2880 x 1800), 100% DCI-P3, and a 92% screen-to-body ratio.
As expected in 2022, the laptop will feature the latest Intel Alder Lake H45 processors. The high configuration will include up to the 14-cores Intel Core i7-12700H for the best performance. Moreover, Acer mentions that the new Swift 3 will have onboard LPDDR5 memory, up to 1TB PCIe Gen 4 SSD, and Intel Killer Wi-Fi 6E AX1675i.
Acer didn’t mention specifically the ports, however, as the marketing image has shown we can speculate that the laptop has two Thunderbolt 4 ports, an HDMI 2.1, two USB-A ports, a headphone jack, and a lock slot.
According to Acer, the Acer Swift 3 (SF314-71) will be available starting in July 2022 for both US and Europe with a starting price of $899.99 and EUR 999 accordingly. On the other hand, it will launch sooner in China in May 2022 starting at RMB 4,999.
