The Dell Precision 7540 mobile workstation from Dell features the 45W 9th Generation Intel Coffee Lake quad-core Intel Core i5-9400H up to 8-core Intel Core i9-9980HK with the boost speed up to 5.00 GHz. It can also be configured with a 6-core Intel Xeon E-2276M and 8-core Intel Xeon E-2286 with the boost speed up to 5.0 GHz and an option of NVIDIA Quadro T1000, T2000, RTX 3000, RTX 4000, and RTX 5000 as a discrete graphics.

For the display, there are three types of displays range from a 45% AdobeRGB Full-HD display, 100% sRGB FHD display, up to 100% AdobeRGB UHD display. It has four DDR4 SoDIMM slots, three M.2 PCIe SSD slots, and one 2.5 inches hard drive slot which lets you max out the system up to 128GB (ECC or non-ECC) of memory and 8TB of storage.
